What are the highlights?

- Tires for Life (we pay for parts and labor) for the life of the vehicle.

- Complimentary hand wash and vacuum even when your car isn't in for service
- Gift certificates when you refer family and friends.
What cars are eligible?
All new Planet Subarus, plus current or one-model-year-old pre-owned Subarus with less than 15,000 miles.
Do customers really get free tires?
Yes. In the last 12 months, over 100 Planet Passport customers have received free tires, installation, valve stems, and recycling of the old tires.
Why do you do offer it?
We're serious about providing an experience different than the typical dealership. We bet that if we raised the value of doing business at Planet Subaru high enough, then no one would ever be able to go back to a typical dealership. And it's working: fully one-third of our vehicle sales are to repeat and referral customers.
Do any other dealerships offer the Passport Program?
It's a Planet exclusive. Other dealerships just can't bear to spend that much money taking care of their customers. Almost all dealerships spend a fortune on advertising, trying to lure new customers. Instead, we spend that money on the good customers we already have.
What's the catch?
There is no catch. Of course you do need to buy your car at Planet and service your car with us in accordance with the program guidelines. For example, we have a fleet of Lunar Cars in orbit, but you do need to schedule one in advance. For complete details, see a Purchase Partner.
If I didn't purchase my Subaru at Planet, can I purchase the program?
