When Subaru introduces a new model that hasn't been built yet, we can order one for you directly from the manufacturer so you'll get one of the first ones when they arrive. Or, if you know exactly what you want and don't mind waiting, we can place an order.

How long does a Subaru factory order take?
Production timelines fluctuate depending on the specific model and global factory logistics. Generally, a custom-built Subaru arrives at our South Shore dealership around weeks after you sign the order. We will provide you with estimated delivery window.
Does it cost more to custom order a Subaru?
No! Subaru does not charge an extra premium or "penalty fee" for custom factory builds. You pay our low Planet price.
Can I still lease or finance a custom-ordered vehicle?
Yes. You will finance or lease with the terms that Subaru offers when the vehicle arrives. There usually aren't big swings from month to month, but they can vary, so if you want to lock in the incentives available this month, it's best to take a car in stock.
Can I trade in my current vehicle on a factory order?
Yes. We will evaluate your current trade-in today and provide a value that accounts for the time it will take for your new vehicle to arrive.
